I got an immediate email on the order and then one when it shipped. It was shipped by Fedex.

I know you don't care for the white, but here's my story, in case anyone is considering getting a white one
I bought a large white at the MK store, but was able to return it because it had some spots and a big straight "dent" on it. This was a "new", wrapped one from the back, that's why I didn't see this until I got home.

They unwrapped 4 more when I went back and they were worst than mine! The SA called a nearby MK store and the 3 they had also had problems. They explained that bags on display go back to the back, get wrapped up and get sold again. I was shocked. I thought "handled" bags got marked down during a sale, since were displays.

To make a long story short, to curb my white bag craving, after having a few MK Hamilton traveler messengers inspected from 2 stores, I found a perfect one!

Moral of the story: check your bag at the store, even if it's wrapped up from the back and especially if it's a final sale. The SA let me return the large one, because he saw the others were just as bad. Had I been the unlucky one with the only bad apple, I would have been at his mercy to get an exchange for a perfect one.

Similar thing happened to me as well with the black. I kept sending it back but finally got a good one. My leopard, luggage, orange and navy came perfect, hoping my colorblock comes good when it arrives tomorrow. Love this bag!

They are more expensive on ebay. What color do you want because I am a serious bargain hunter. My suggestion would be to look on mk online at like 6am, that's when they come into stock again, then check neiman Marcus or Nordstrom to see what they have, neimans only has orange right now. Also Bloomingdales has gooseberry right now for $234 with tax and macys has black, gooseberry and luggage $234. I hope you act fast and get one :-)
