I just got off the phone with one of the managers. He told me that what I was originally told was incorrect. The fob is only a gift with selected purchases & that they are now all gone! I asked him why I was then told this information from his employees. His only reply to me was that "this issue was addressed at the store meeting this morning & the feather fobs are not for sale". Boy, am I embarrassed. To all Coachie TPFers out there, I want to apologize for this snafu. I am truly sorry to have relayed erroneous information & gotten your hopes up. Bummer.
All I can say, besides I'm really sorry about all of this, is that I'm not shopping at that store ever again!
No need for you to be Sorry... you were only passing info to help fellow coach lovers get something you wanted.. it is just the same stuff with Coach employees one says on thing turn around talk to the another person standing further away and get a different story...
