I have the duffle 20 in Jasper and the regular duffle, grey rivets!
IMO the 20 is too tiny! You have to totally organize your bag and like someone else said on here it’s like playing jenga!
I’m 5’4” and chunky and the 20 reminded me of a child’s bag.
While the regular size is just freaking awesome! Now don’t get me wrong the 20 is great, it’s just not me!
Yes, for me I use a small crossbody on the weekends and a larger bag on the weekdays. The 20 is the perfect size weekend bag. I don't carry much so don't have to play jenga. Phone fits in slip pocket and wallet and sunglasses go in main compartment. I hook my keys to the zipper pull. I just like that if I need the extra space I have it vs. when I carry a dinky or camera bag.
The regular size would be a weekday bag for me to carry my work essentials. I've resisted getting a regular size because I don't like my work bag to puddle, I like to be able to reach into the cubbie and grab out what I need w/o having to pull the whole bag out and dig through everything. I do still have the chili larger one on my wishlist because it is just gorgeous leather and that color is amazing to me.
I love both small and regular! I just think I personally will get more use out of large! I don’t change bags that often! But, I can see your point! They are all awesome!

Thank you so much for the response. The bag can get heavy. I was worried that the organizer would add additional weight to the bag. But, I absolutely love the color! Good luck with your decision.
Decided to sell my gray with rivets! Can’t handle the slouch! It’s a beautiful bag, I guess this is a problem with never getting to see these bags In real life.
