I personally think that a band that matches the shank of the ering would look better next to it. It's not too much bling but the band is too much for the ering. Overwhelms it.
Do YOU like it?
I do love it. In fact I was wearing the two pieces separately last week waiting for my sapphire right hand ring to be repolished, and I felt they were so lonely apart that I started wearing them together again and just left my right hand bare100% agree
LOL! I have a similar situation...I had my ER reset similar to yours and my WB was a little but bigger. I prefer how my ER looks by itself but always wear them together. I love them both individually and since this is what I've got, this is what I wear! DH wouldn't even have considered replacing my WB! Enjoy!

Nah, I have gotten used to it. Now if I had a 5ct maybe...Missrocks they are just gorgeous, I could stare all night! They must be so distracting to you lol!
Wow! Major bling!
You are such a lucky gal! I think it looks absolutely breath-taking!

LOL! Totally agree! : )
Your ring is gorgeous and I love your wedding band!
This seriously is the most beautiful halo I have ever seen. I totally love them and really want a halo setting. But my husband and my mom both keep saying that it takes away from the center stone. I don't think it does. I love the finger coverage of your ring and I also (strangely) feel like it protects the center stone. I know that is probably the paranoid in me. I will wait a couple of years and then do a reset. I just love the look of statement rings, which is essentially what a halo does for a solitaire. I want my ring to have a very substantial, weighty look. Your ring is my dream ring.Thank you for the compliments DInitegrity, Eminere, Labrilliant, Sheanabelle, and Pursedeb
I have taken more pics since last time and here is one of my fav fire shots
