thanks for posting pics!!!! All of my questions have already been answered. Appreciate you girls giving us info.:tup: I was in my store yesterday and they didn't have the new catalogs yet but I did get to see the pink spring patchwork IRL. Not me......BUT I do love the new Thompson patchwork!:graucho: Too bad its out of my price range....:sad: All of the bags I LOVE are too expensive! I can't spend $700 or more for 1 bag. I just can't do it!

You're welcome! I feel so loved on this thread:shame::p.

Yeah, I dunno why all the bags are so ridiculously expensive...I've never gotten a PCE (even though I have built up a nice collection over the years), and it's such a bummer. I'm a loyal customer and the prices and lack of PCE are making me rethink that loyalty:sad:.

I can say that there's tons of straw, a pic of the new perfume bottle (the SA said that there won't really be a true scribble this year...just clean colorful C's (the bottle has purple, pink, yellow, orangey yellow, blue, red, and green on it...so those might be the colors)), patent stuff (Madeline (in unspecified colors...and the pic is in black and white:push:), Gigi, Francine, Shoulder Bag...), Canvas Mirandas, and some other stuff.

Also, I really feel that Coach is making a mistake by upping the prices so much. If Coach is trying to join the ranks of LV, Chanel, etc, they're wasting their time. I don't think that they're going to gain the luxury image they're aiming for by raising their prices. The people who can easily afford LV and Chanel will probably never see Coach as being on the same level as those brands, no matter how much the prices are raised. Coach is leaving its original target demographic (middle and upper middle class) and expecting to pick up a new demographic (the wealthy) who will likely never embrace Coach the way the original target demographic did.

Coach may also be seeking to take advantage of its fans by roping them in with the lower prices it charged a couple years ago and then raising prices to take advantage of their loyalty......and that may also backfire on them, because a lot of those people will probably just stop buying Coach because they don't like the prices.

haha, of course northern belle... nothing but love! :smile1: yeah they are really getting really expensive... makes me really sad... :crybaby:i agree w/you on your other post as well about COACH hiking up their prices to try and sway the wealthy in... i hope they don't keep raising their prices... AHHHHHH :sad:
