New black hardware Chanel mini reissue July 2020

Just ordered this. Banned forever after 20A! lol.

Exciting! Do check your bag carefully when you receive it. The first one that I got had a small leather chipped off on the side of the Mona Lisa pocket. And I saw my SA take out out of the box and unwrap it. I thought distressed calfskin was more durable. But I guess it’s not indestructible. Lol

It is gorgeous. Same reasons I got the same bag. It’s like a hidden unicorn. However, I noticed on mine, the so black chain is not overall black. It’s missing coating especially on the links (where the chains are touching, it’s not coated). Is yours similar? Has anyone with so black noticed the same thing?

I noticed it on mine too. I compared it with my 18K so black 225 and the coating on the 225 is much more thorough.

Hi ladies! New to the forum and asking for your opinion regarding the new black iridescent hardware on the mini reissue that I just purchased yesterday. I was kinda expecting matte black so I’m a bit confused... do you like the new pearly/iris descent hardware?
