New black hardware Chanel mini reissue July 2020

I think the iridescent quality of the black reissue chain is somehow more versatile than if it had been matte black. OP, i think you look gorgeous with yours! . DH was with me when we bought it and he said, the chevron seemed much more youthful than the standard quilting and he thought the mini was really me bc it didn’t fit my new kelly wallet; or my older zip wallets; or my sunglasses case. . . 
I tried on the next size up, and we thought it looked less cute. . . love mine and hope yo love yours too!

By far my favorite style of Chanel...so black, Chevron, and a reissue...absolutely gorgeous. It doesn’t look much different then my 226 that I purchased a couple of months ago. Congrats and enjoy!!

if you don't mind me asking, how much was the mini (is it the 224?) vs. next size up (225?)
The so black mini reissue is $4300 in the US. The so black is priced $500 higher than regular minis ($3800 for classic rectangle and reissue minis). This 20A so black mini is not a 224...it's a single flap mini. The overall size may be similar to the rare 224s.
I don't know if the so black comes in the 225 this season but the price for that would likely be $7K now similar to the so black medium classic flaps.

Yeah I wasn't sure if the so black hardware was same price as the regular hardware (on chanel.com), but from Newbie2016's response it seems like that's the case

It’s gorgeous!! Not gonna lie, I thought I was done with Chanel after their price increase, but I literally went out and ordered this bag after I saw your photos!
