My elusive Montaigne BB in Marine Rouge finally arrived yesterday, thanks to my persistent SA at the San Francisco boutique. This is my first Montaigne, and my first empreinte bag, so it's a lot to get used to! I've been trying it with different outfits, because I really want to be sure it's the perfect bag for me.
I am surprised by how very dark the navy is; inside the house, it honestly looks black. In sunshine, it's sparks to a dark navy. The red striped lining makes me happy every time I peek inside it.
I wear mostly black clothes, so I'm hoping I can get away with carrying a navy bag. What does everyone think? Did they recently repeal the law that black & navy can't be worn together? :p

It's gorgeous, Elaine! :) LOL @ repealing the law on black and navy! I think you'll look great in black with your Montaigne BB, especially with your H bandana in marine + rouge. Congratulations on your first empreinte LV!

Beautiful bag! I love how they did the interior in red. Personally I love navy and black together. A little different from all black but still subtle and classy.

This colour and bag combo is amazing! I love the marine rouge! It's a gorgeous colour. I'm planning on getting the marine rouge in the Empreinte key pouch.
