I am not sure what you're talking about. I said that it hurt my eyes to look at the purse - how am I being negative or not appreciating someone else's perspective.

The first or second week of August is when I reserved the Speedy Racer. I've talked to three LV SA's and one manager at two stores, all saying the demand was so high, they over reserved the bags. We understand this is the case for the Speedys and probably the other "Racer" bags, except the "Fruit Stripe Gum" Twist and Alma. The line started trickling out Oct. 28th.
I hope they are wrong.
If I see photos of celebrities carrying the bags, yet LV lacks the stock to fill reservations, I'm going to scream and call "foul".
Oh well, money saved I guess. There is always something new coming out, eh?!?!

Yeah, me too. My SA said that the Race Story Speedy with the blue/black monogram handles are already sold out before it even launched because preorders were taken at the fashion show. Not fair.

I checked in with my SA who neither confirmed nor denied that there were none left for us. Last I heard, release was pushed back to 11/11 which is when I will officially give up hope of getting one.
