Given how thin the straps are, I would like to hear from owners of this bag on whether the straps become uncomfortable fairly quickly. Do they dig into your shoulders? And do they slip off easily such that you need to reposition them all the time? If I got this bag, I would wear it on my shoulders (not hand carry). I would need to carry items such as wallet, keys, water bottle and some baby stuff. All in all, I don't carry a lot (no books, mags) but I am all about comfort. Oh, and it's the GM size that I'd get. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I have the MM and have no problems with the straps digging or slipping off the shoulders. I actually stuffed my bag today and still had no problems. There are some members that have problems with the straps. If you do a search, you'll find some posts on that. GM is a great choice, I'd love to get it some day!

I know a lot of people love this bag and have no complaints whatsoever.

I however don't like it ~ I have the Mono GM and bought it solely to carry my PC around ~ bad idea, way too heavy and it hurt my hand and shoulders.

I also have the MOCA version in MM and used it one day. In it I had my wallet, make-up bag, cell and keys ~ I didn't like it either. The straps are way too thin for me.

However if you wear thick shirts/jackets or sweaters ~ you should be okay.

This is just my opinion though.

I love this bag, and I actually don't find the straps uncomfortable. But then again, my shoulders are made of steel/I have a very high pain tolerance !

I don't have the NF yet (waiting for the Damier version to come out :p) but I have very sensitive and small shoulders, so I know this will hurt me over time. Chances are I will probably only use it for school purposes (*gulp* those heavy books :push:) or for travel.

I have a Neverfull MM and the straps don't bother me and I carry a ton of stuff! However, I have heard complaints of the thin straps digging in & hurting some peoples shoulders. Everyone's different!:smile1:

I am finding that my Damier Neverfull MM straps do hurt a little (and this is without it being loaded up)!! I am hoping after it gets broke in a little they will soften up...

The thin straps where my biggest problem and thats why I returned it...It just wouldnt stay on my shoulder even I liked the bag very much!!

I'm fine now with my Monty Pm and wait for the Galliera the strap on the bag is more comfortable for me,as I already tried it on.
