does this apply to all items on the site? fine print says "qualifying items marked on site" but I don't see anything marked on site...anyone know?
I just used it and it went through.... And there wasn't any items marked on site.. I just bought stuff I've had in my shopping basket for a while. Oh and I just received my confirmation e-mail and the "VGC" is reflected on it... So I think anyone can use this....
