i'm sorry, i don't know of any SAs off the top of my head. i usually take advantage of the events to buy cosmetics, and they're all available online and i know what i want.

i think if you call a store someone should be able to help you, if it's something that can't be found online. i've done it before, you don't have to know an SA personally :)

Irina in the Chanel department at BG is great. I've been working with her for the past year & she's very reliable. She can assist you with any department in BG. :smile1:

im about to make a large (but not urgent) purchase at NM. i remember when I bought my balenciaga city through NM online, I got a $300 or so gift card, which was AWESOME. does anyone have insider info on when this kind of promotion will happen next? i can definitely wait to make this purchase but didnt want to wait indefinitely...
