Need Help Narrowing Down Watch/Necklace Choice for Wife's Christmas Present

I like the second necklace better, it is very classy and classic. The first, although it isn't gaudy, looks gaudier than the second. Less is more in my opinion. I looove the Cartier watch. However, does it come in silver instead of gold - that's just my pref.

Since you mentioned that your wife loves "soft pink", I would go with the Cartier watch! She'll wear the watch a lot more, too! I want a Cartier watch as well, but thinking of the Roadster for me, because I love BIG watches! Jennifer is sporting it on this ad with other Cartier Love pieces:

I prefer the first necklace. I think it depends on if your wife wears gold or silver or both. I'm assuming the diamonds in the pave are full cut? I think that make a big difference. Otherwise I'm not crazy about pave diamonds.
