You are perfectly entitled to your opinion and how you choose to work or not work with a business. But from the reseller's perspective, they sold you an authentic bag, with an authentication certificate, more than 3 years ago. To be then contacted by you after 3 years and to be accused of selling a fake bag by you, if I was the reseller, I would have thought it was ridiculous and be defensive about it! You labelled them an "amateur seller" on a public forum despite the fact that you said you had worked with them previously in selling and it went fine. So like I said, you do whatever you feel comfortable with but I have seen no evidence what the seller did wrong.

Agree. 100%. And JMHO that it was unnecessary to make this long drawn out post without authenticating it first. To trash this company in the manner you described everywhere you can is overreaching. This is someone's livelihood. I hope you also reported how satisfied you had been with them for many years and that the bag was in fact authentic and you failed to get it authenticated before you started making claims.

That’s not true. I’ve been contacting the company for 2 months asking for an authentication report and they didn’t want to provide me one. I only came here after trying to solve the matter with the reseller myself without success because I was lost and miserable and wasn’t sure if it was worth it to know the truth. By the way, after my ordeal, I’ve told them I was going to alert other customers about it.
 
Not only I labeled them amateur seller in a public forum, but also I’ve sent them formal notifications about it and labeled them amateurs and many other things in all sites I could find of customer reviews, service, support and whatever else, and that’s because I am the client, I was let down and I have rights.
For the records, I’m still waiting for their answer regarding my request about the actual Authentication Report of MY bag and not the bag they say they’ve sold me, because said report was never made, despite they say they have it. Asked if I could take the bag to the H spa, their answer was that they couldn’t take responsibility for a bag they didn’t sell to me. Wait, what?!!! Seriously?

Your bag is authentic & unfortunately the journey you had to take was far from pleasant
Enjoy your bag & let us all move on without these disparaging comments.
This forum is meant to share info openly & freely & while many can agree to disagree with
comments, you came here for advice & it was suggested to have your bag authenticated which you did
