I think the Sig Stripe Demi gives you about the most bang for your buck. Swingpacks are fairly inexpensive, but I don't work well with those, because I don't need messenger style lines going diagonally across my body - showing just how flat its NOT... but given your screen name... I'm guessing you don't mind them?? :p

For just a shoulder option, I think the demi would work well. The makeup pouches don't work well on the shoulder, unless you are pre-teen and have incredibly skinny arms... That is just one girl's opinion!! Don't shoot me!! I prefer to keep my makeup cases... as makeup cases.;)

Other options would be small leather hobos, but those are around $200 as well.. So I say - go for the Sig Stripe Demi!! :yes:

It seems to me that the measurments are about the same as the Carly demi..and if that's the case, you will have plenty of room for all of those things. I'm about 5'6 and the demi looks great. Go for it!

good point ! i agree with you & it's funny too.

i wish my big arms/shoulders could work with make up cases!

That one is only 178. I have it and I LOVE IT!
You should check it out.

As for the bag in question, It looks decent, though I don't have anything like it.
It doesn't look like it would carry all the stuff you listed and your sunglasses.
Have you tried it out in the store?

I only saw the brown one at Nordie's and I didn't have any of my stuff with it to see if it fit. The size was ok, not excellent, but if I want a small bag that's what I get, right?

I've got this sig stripe demin in khaki and I love it! Great size for going out and I like how it has enough heft to be a shoulder bag but also small enough for handheld. Mine will go with me to the beach too...more casual in the khaki and won't get too dirty. I LOVE the grey/black combo though...

Hi. I am just now reading your initial post for the first time. IMO, I just returned this same style demi in the Multi Stripe because I couldn't fit enough in it and, more than that, it HANGS funny....I think the hardware on the one end makes it heavy so it hangs at an angle. I tried adjusting it and the shoulder "pad", but it didn't make a difference. I LOVE the style, it just didn't work for ME. I hope it works for YOU!! :yes:
P.S. If you are JUST using this as a "going out bag", it should work FINE!!! I just wanted to be able to use it for more than just a night on the town.
