I don’t know the measurements of hand , but it can carry a bit bulkier items . It is perfect for what I carry. I don’t carry much .
Haven’t seen a whole lot about the small box tote here. Reviews on the site note nice size, and the gap in the top being useful, and I can see both those being true. It has more structure and the top zipper flaps are quilted, so it doesn’t have the floppy excess fabric feel of metro tote deluxe which makes me very happy. One more notable is that in the inside back leather zippered pocket, usually there are two slot pockets, while thus has just one. I think the Micro Sutton and Micro deluxe metro tote could benefit from that.
And I got this the geo print Micro Sutton and love it. Phone camera wants to brighten it but it’s not a neon or even bright fuchsia pink, the whole thing is surprisingly almost dark, it’s low key.
The dark Micro Sutton is navy. The box tote is kind of a bright blue that the phone mellowed a little.

Question for the MZW experts here! Wondering if the black lacquer is a yearly release in fall/winter or if it’s hit and miss? I discovered MZW late last year and am loving them! Debating whether I should buy something in lacquer pre-loved or hold out until fall in the hopes MZW releases something? Same with the leather…has that been every year recently?
I now realize things sell out quickly too. I was kicking myself for missing the black vanity case so jumped on the dahlia one today which I’m excited to see

Almost every winter they come out with black lacquer. I like it a lot specially for rainy weather. It can be a bit more fragile. You do not want to have it rubbing on a wall as you hurry pasted . If buying preloved ask to see all the corners on a bag to make sure there are no holes. I have this one I really like and have had no issues. I do rotate my bags often though. Hope that helps. Also it is not always the same style they come out with each year.Hello!
