I went to the Carousal Mall in Syracuse. However, there is an outlet off the NYS throughway one exit past Weedsport/Auburn; I just have not been there in a while.

? - is the fabric for the bag delicate? Can it hold heavy things? What is the inside like?

Love all the coach items. Keep the beautiful scarf, i just would not pair it with the bag. Go for a solid color.
