A well-cut J is quite bright and worth consideration. Calling it face up "white" isn't the right word really, but even on the side and face down view, there's very little warmth in this particular stone, and for this to have that trait without fluorescence, that is impressive. I actually commented to the vendor about that, that I dispute that color grade.
Prior to finalizing this selection, I took sideview and facedown images for my brother and made sure to show him next to my H so he could see there was no discernible warmth. My office lighting and the wall color is SO not helpful though, the walls are pale olivey yellow. NOT. HELPING.

I think that may be the most stunning diamond I have ever seen! It is great to see a J colour stone too as I have been considering this colour grade for my new diamonds studs, when I buy them (which won't be for a while sadly, still saving).
