Mona, isn't it insane how they handle the bags? It always makes me feel like soon they'll release the doves and a white light will appear, and someone will come from the back with this melodic tone and say" Handle your bag with care my child," LOL

ya it was way funny to me too - im thinking the whole time "wow maybe if i handled my bags with half as much attention they would last longer' lol oh well - to each her own.

yesterday in the mail I got a super nice handwritten letter from my SA on LV monogramed stationary discussing my purchases and I immediately thought - wow... when was the last handwritten letter that I received?? Most of the time when I purchase items I get a thank you note or a postcard with the next special or sale or promotional item or maybe even an invitation to a private event, but a whole letter?? like one whole page. crazy. I was very impressed! :love:
