I just received my pink/white hip bag and I can't figure out how to extend the strap to go across the body....does it not do that? I know on the website it said it could. I may have to return it if it doesn't....it's SO cute too!

You know I have not tried it except on my hip let me see...No it is not meant to go cross body, I have mine extended to the last hook to drop lower on my hip, or you can wear it over the shoulder. I never saw cross body on the site, It is cute, just keep it, it sits well on the hip and in front of your body not to the side...right?
Come visit, I live in South Florida, loads of Coach stores near me...lol..that is why it is green and has pretty flowers. But, I miss the seasons too. Where are you from?
I'm going to try again and see how it looks...I WISH they would make this color combo in a duffle!
I like it, you can wear it over the shoulder too but it does not lie flat like on the hip where you are supposed to wear it.
