Ive actually contracted the CEO and demand a refund or at least a credit note. LV has actually taken it a to a Specialised Drycleaner that specialized in Suede at their own expense because they failed to tell me how to clean it.
As per instruction booklet, this was the only care instruction - in case of superficial stains, we recommend that you use a light colored, dry and soft cloth. how stupid is that! so I used that to argue my situation
