OMG! I think I just rolled over and died! Its so gorgeous! Your DH is soo sweet to get you such a gorgeous diamond! I remember I always used to joke with my bf that I dream of a 5 carat engagement ring but 3 carats is enough to seal the deal! LOL

I remember I used to send (via email) my hubby pictures of 5ct rings and he used to reply "In your dreams..." and roll his eyes... Ha! IMHO constant bombarding a male with spam mail of your wish lists will eventually pay...
Halos are the best, but they can be tricky too. Choose the most simple design, and depending on the center stone don't over do it. My jeweler (he is kinda kitschy in his taste) was trying to convince me for a 2 row halo and double accents on each side... That would be too much for me and I would be embarrassed to wear it.
