Thanks everyone! My husband even liked this bag!

Darelgirl, the leather is amazingly soft. I can't really compare it to anything else. It is about 10 times squishier than my Bulga, which is also very soft. I do not think this will be my last GD bag!!

I first heard of this desginer on this site. Thanks to you all for introducing me to this wonderful bag.

BG is verrry slow if you are having it sent regular UPS. I finally got smart and had them send my chain bag 2 day, and it got here to CA in two days! :p

View attachment 11481I know Darelgirl and Bjara have just recently posted pics of their new GD bags as well, but I needed to share mine, too! :nuts: Here it is, much bigger than I thought and the leather is gorgeous. I tried to take a pic while holding it so you could get a sense of the size. (Note to self: Get a lighter digital camera!) It fits easily over the shoulder (and I have on a jacket) and it is surprisingly light. I also tried to get a clear picture of the color.

I asked the SA how they would be sending it and she said fedex ground - which is usually pretty fast (even ground). I figured since i only lived 3 hours from NYC I would get it in a few days. I guess not.
:cry: I can't believe I have to wait through the weekend for my Darel bags.
I really hope the leather is as nice on my bags as it's been on some of other Darel bags people have been speaking of!!!

When I saw glily's pics of her new Darel bag with the chain straps, I just had to have one! I ordered a brown one from BG for $475 and they are shipping it out to me today. I can't wait to receive it. Hope all of you got your bags already!
