Chanelgirl,

was at the AD last few days, somehow I like the silver dial with diamond hour better than the pearl dial. And now I'm kind of lean toward the mid-size instead of 26mm one even my wrist is 6".

It's a personal preference. I looked at the silver diamond dial as well but found the MOP dial prettier and more feminine and I love how it shimmers in the light! To me the silver diamond dial in the all stainless bracelet is slightly more sporty and slightly more edgy and modern with a slightly more masculine feel. I just personally found the silver dial too be a little too much silver with an all silver watch for my taste but it is an absolutely striking Rolex and still one of my favorite styles. But, I just love the MOP dial. As for the size, a lot of ladies have and love the midsize. I have very small wrists, just a little over 4.5" and am very petite (4 11" size 0) so the ladies size is pretty substantial in size on my wrist. It definitly makes a statement. I like the look of a bigger watch and the midsize looks great on tons of women, so I say go for it!

do not know why the pearl isn't appealed to me at all when on my wrist.
I think I will go to the local AD to try the mid-size this afternoon.
Much appreciate for your sharing.

Could it be your coloring??? Maybe there is a clash or just not good combination.

I too am looking at the Rolexes and find it hard to choose!!!!

I like both them all, thats the problem!!!!

I was first tried the ss/wg jubilee/oyster with pearl, no feeling at all.

Second, I had on the ss/wg jubilee/oyster, rhodium dial and diamond maker(it was not silver dial as I thought at first), and felt in love right then!

Third, 2 tone yellow gold oyster, polished bezel, with pearl dial/diamond hour maker. Like it a very little. Then 2 tone yellow gold jubilee with fluted bezel, pearl dial/diamond hour maker, did not care a bit.

However, my husband, and the sale rep kept stating: the 2 tone ones are good on me.
I went home, asked my children, both of them indicated: you look good on gold because your skin too pale (well, I am kind light for asian skin. When pick out make up color, I try to use darker, the cosmetic advisor always said: no no no, you are too light for dark color ). So, get the 2 tone for your shake, mom.

Although, my heart is toward the ss/wg with silver dial...but still debating which size would be good in the long run for formal and casual wear.

Went to AD and tried on the mid-size last night.
Wow...I like every style in that size (except the pearl one) especially the 2 tone, which has the fluted bezel set with diamond and diamond hour maker together.

Stunning! After reading your threads, I went to the AD to try on this exact same watch.... really beautiful and sparkly. I really wanted two tone, but instead I opted to send my current watch SS/YG to the Rolex service center for upgrade to white dial with diamond markers instead (just like the two tone you posted). Price quoted for the upgrade is $1700, which is not bad considering it is coming back looking brand new.
