My new diamond band!

Can someone help me out? I have been wearing my band on my left middle finger but I want to have it sized for my right middle finger so I need it bigger. Do you think they could make it larger by essentially adding metal and making the diamond go 3/4 of the way around rather than all the way? I'm gonna try and go in this week or next week but I'm wondering if it's even possible.

Is this full eternity? If yes it's not really size able. If it's not full eternity it may be slightly size able. If only like 1/4 a size maybe 1/2 size.

It's full yes. Maybe it would be best to have then remove the diamonds from this ring and reset them in a different band. Do you think that's possible?

I completely agree. I was really specific with what I wanted with this ring and I don't want to mess with it. I'll probably mention that diamond when I have it cleaned but I don't want to mess with it. One day when I have another one made ill make sure they don't do the same thing again or I'll have that one fixed. This one I love no matter what.

Since it's new and made for you, I would assume that the jeweler should fix that diamond for you for no charge?

The problem with shaving metal is that you lose strength. So it won't be as sturdy or hold up to wear like it did before. What I'm saying in terms of this shave means they're routing out what touches your finger making it less tall from the base. That runs the risk of the ring breaking if you put too much pressure on it.

Wait and see what the bench suggests.
