Hi everyone,
I've got a pretty long history on here when it comes to diamonds but my boyfriend had a ring made for me and I just received it!

It is a .20 carats, white gold band similar to the Tiffany metro. I've always wanted one as a wedding band so we're testing it out!
Here it is, i don't have the best pictures I'll get photos in sunlight too! I even have wave bling now :)

I don't think you can resize this specific ring, because usually the resizing process (as I remember) is they take out all the stones, resize the ring and then put the stones back in...

You cannot resize this ring...but if you get it made smaller, don't forget to get the extra diamonds. Thirty years ago I had a ring made smaller and never asked for the diamonds (I know...very dumb) and then when I needed to make it bigger later on, I couldn't.

It's gorgeous, congratulations rogersa! I've read that they can't/shouldn't be resized because the diamonds share prongs and would have to be re-set.

But when you have another ring on your finger with that one, it will fit a bit tighter and will be guarded by the other ring :graucho:

Thank you everyone :) I love it! The diamonds are F-G color and I believe VS1. I love love love it!

I think I'll see if this size is ok for now because its been cooler the past few days so I should swell up again soon in this heat! It's a 5 1/2 and I'm about a 5- 5 1/4

Nope. But how big are we talking? Is it falling off?

You could get TINY sizing beads put in...but if it matches the engagement ring we are waiting to see with baited breath, I would not do anything right now, because when worn with another ring, the set as a whole will feel tighter. Plus, you will fluctuate in size during the day, and year.

It's not as bad as I thought actually. I swell up in this heat so it's fine for now and hopefully by the time the snow flies ill have the other ring to hold it in place.

My mother calls this my "pacifier" ring so I will stop and let the engagement happen naturally :)
