I have those shoes and I found them to be comfortable. I think at first they were not as comfortable as they are now, but my feet got used to them and they loosened up a little. Perhaps with more wear it will be fine.

I bought them from Neiman Marcus several years ago, so you probably got them on ebay or a reseller, right? Then you probably can't return them. I also sized one size up.

I adore chanel shoes, have a number of pairs but.......everyone of them hurts my feet.........I suffer because I love them but.........they are not comfortable to my feet at all;..........

I had a pair of heels made of the same material- the plastic and I had to get rid of them because they were very uncomfortable. I don't think there is really anything you can do to stretch them since they are plastic. I hope some of the suggestions help make them more comfortable though

I have 2 pairs of chanel stretch ballet flats and they hurt too! I walked for less den half an hour and blisters started forming on the back of my heels. I can't put any gel cushions since they are ballet stretch flats.. They seemed sooo comfortable but they aren't!

Hey all! Thanks for the responses, yes i probably should've sized up 1.5 or 2. But I've decided to keep them cos they're cute, and they do seem to loosen up a bit after walking! And the heating thing works. I'm going to go get some pads or cushions for my feet later.

Sorry to hear that. My feet often gets blisters too no matter what kind of shoes I wear.

But from the picture, I think the shoe is too small for you. Last time, I bought a pair of flats from a shop, the SA suggested that I choose one size bigger for covered shoes to have some room for my toes, and its true. I feel so much more comfortable wearing it.

I have another method but not sure if it works for you. I would apply some petroleum jelly on the back of my feet and also on the portion of the shoe where its causing blisters, rubbed it in to soften the shoe. But do not apply too much as it can be slippery.

Same thing happened to me, I bought a pair of the white rubber ballet flats with the black toe cap-They are so cute, but they hurt like hell! ive had them a few years and only worn them a few times.
I might try your oven method and see if that does anything...................

Maybe you should try and sell them

Im so sorry these gorgeous flats hurt your feet OP! Ive had similar experienced with PATENT Chanel ballet flats, after walking in them for about half an hour my toes really hurt and after a few hrs I see quite a few blisters =( I thought it was just me because my toes (and i guess feet as well) are ridiculously long for someone my size..but now I think its also because the patent flats are not as soft as the lambskin flats
