Hi misscile, I sprayed both my bulga bags with AG, I have the crescent flap bag which sounds the same as yours (?). I have hazel and choco. I actually tested the AG first on the tassle, it dried fine, so I gathered the courage to spray the whole thing. I gave both of them about 2 coats each. Why don't you test on your tassle, if you want to be really cautious?

I have the smaller version of this bag in green. The main reason I got it was because of the smaller flap compartment. Love Bulgas. I really liked the floral linining not so crazy about the newer lining. I have the small Butterfly and LOVE it. Yes, it's trendy, but I don't care it makes me happy. The pudding color is very nice. I thought about getting that color but found a deal on e-bay in the green. I really want the half shell bag and have considered getting it as well, but don't know if it's a good idea for my budget!

I always try to mix full-price and finds on eBay. That's how I can afford all these bags ;) . Then again, there is nothing like going to a store and picking up a new baby!

I've had this bag for a few months now, and I really think it gets better with age. I never really thought much about Bulga until I got the bag. I really recommend them!

SuLi - I love this bag. Back when marketplace was open, there was one for sale and I really considered it. How is the leather. And does that flap go over the opening (looks like it) or is it just decorative. What a great buy. you did good. very classy.

Hi Kathleen!

What sealed the deal for me with the bag was the flap pocket! I picked up the tote, and the flap open and I was shocked - shocked because it's like a secret compartment! It's also lined in the pretty fabric - and every Bulga bag has a slightly different pattern - and it closes with a magnetic closure. It's not a small compartment - it's the size of the entire bag, so you can stick a lot in there.

The leather is SUPER soft and supple. Really a great bag! You should try and get it if you can!
