I love their bags and I haven't had any problem with color rubbing off on my cloths. also the dust bag is really nice, nicer than most of my more expensive bag brands, it's a lot like the Chole dustcover. I wish they would come out with some new designs and colors, I am totaly sold on them! enjoy your new bag!
I work at BR and new bags fly off the shelves...lol.
The quality of bags has definitely improved. They are being tested for durability at the factory where they're being made and if they don't pass the test, they're being destroyed. The test consists of pulling the bag in all directions and putting weights inside. Also, BR bags are made at the same factory as Coach bags.
I remember the older bags and they don't even compare in quality to the recent ones!
I want to buy the small white hobo with a long tassel attached to the zipper (the name of the bag escapes me). Ahhhhh...I might be getting a new bag!...
