This is my first time hearing that made in france was preferable to any other country of origin, and I've been collecting for a while now!

Made in France is totally just a personal preference for me. I totally understand that LV is great quality no matter where it is manufactured. And, hey...if someone were to give me something for free, I would NOT complain if it was USA or Spain! But to me, Vuitton is an iconic French brand - so I prefer Made in France.
