My ebay goyard scammer is back!

At which point again I asked her for a tracking number she said the US postal service doesn't have one. Which is not true!
She told me that the forums are filled with house wives that have nothing better to do! So I told her if my bag arrives and it is 110 % authentic like she said I will i will take it upon myself to clear her name with ebay and PF. I will meet anyone from this Forum to prove to them that she is an honest person. Show them my wire form and the bag.

She is still sticking to her "no tracking number" so I will give her until Wednesday ( Feb. 18 in the afternoon). If my bag has not arrived or if it does get here and is not what I paid for, I will file a police report, fraud file with Western Union (which told me I can file a police report and send that in to Western Union, they will supena the WU location that the wire was picked up at and get camera footage of the person)
All we need is a photo ID and we will get the scammer.

I work 70 hours a week, but I will not rest until this person pays for what she has done.

Again if my bag arrives to be exactly what I requested I will write to Ebay to defend her/him.

Wow, GREAT timing!
I find it interesting that you are so ready, if not eager to defend this person after reading this thread?
If you sent WU you are out of luck.
What are you going to do with a photo of the person?
Are you going to pay a lawyer to draft this subpoena or find one to do it probono?
Maybe post the photos in the scammers town and hope someone gives an address?

When did you purchase?
Did the person request you send WU or did you offer?
I would contact eBay trust and safety immediately.
Also, save your auction as a PDF and post it here.

Well..that leaves PP out of our evening, now doesn't it? Just as well, they have not been much fun lately!

I also can't believe I'm writing about this on Friday night. My scammer was VERY big on words like "suing" and "filing a police report, etc." When I told her that I wasn't comfortable doing a WU transaction, she suggested that I send her half the cash up front, the the rest after receiving my authentic bag. She said that this scheme was really made her the vulnerable one because if I received the bag and didn't pay the rest she'd have to put the police on my trail and have me thrown in jail for breach of contract. Nice woman. Just thinking out loud, but the jargon about getting a photo from WU rings a bell.

Well now, HOW ABOUT THAT! Mango.. did you hear that! Sounds like some similarities already!
But, until we get some pretty significant details from Mango, and an auction listing, we got no story.

NYC--I think Swanky confirmed that IP's don't match, but anyone with a cell phone or starbucks could probably fix that.

I almost hoped at first it was another fake tPF id and not another person scammed.

Mango I am really sorry if you truely have found yourself in a bad position with this seller. I would prepare for the worst, because noone that has dealt with her has come out on top...they either lost time or money or both.

Sad part is anyone can go to a proxy site and change it quickly. By downloading a couple programs that i wont name here, they can go through poxy lists and pick whatever they want.

It's sad to think she's still scamming people. Mango, don't be so quick to defend her, she's hurt and stolen from quite a few people on this forum.
