My boyfriend got me this Tiffany bracelet for my bday! I also have a question.

CONGRATS!!!! LOVE THEM!!!I have the exact same bracelet and necklace. I wear mine everday. As others have said Tiffany's does not charge to make things shorter. They only charge to make it longer.

I had my return to tiff bracelet and heart toggle necklace shortened by my jeweller and was charged $10 and it only took 3 days!.

I'm pretty sure they don't charge you to shorten stuff! It doesn't take that long and you can ask them to send it right to your house!

And Tiffanys in Toronto doesn't charge, but it doesn't seem to be the same elsewhere ? They don't charge for cleaning either, fabulous !
