I would definitely return it to the store. Prada quality is quite questionable nowadays as I have had similar problems with two of my Prada.

If you're not confrontational, find a friend who is to go with you =)

Anybody has had any experience with prada leather handles getting wrinkles? I bought a prada messenger bag recently and the leather handles seem to be crinkling up though i have not been using it often.

my bags are all several seasons old, but they don't seem to have any of the problems these new bags do.

I've seen a seller's saffiano lux being wrinkled near the top zippers. Seller indicated it's been used only a few times. Thus, no idea how come the leather can become so wrinkled. don't think it's appropriate for me to post the pic here since it's not my bag.

Wife said to go back and ask to speak to the manager, show defects and ask that it be exchanged again due to defects when received. SA can't process this, only a mgr can.

This thread makes me incredibly sad! I absolutely hate to do it, but I think I'm going to have to take the beautiful, classy, elegant and timeless Saffiano Lux Tote off my wishlist. The price is now through the roof and there is going to be another price increase next week. I just cannot pay that much for a bag with issues.

I have had mine now for a little over a month. I carry it everyday and haven't had one problem. Even under the best quality control there is always one that slips through. Take it back.

I have the BN1844 and brought it to the store to show the same problem. The peeling on the handle and they said they knew about the issue but offered to do nothing for me. I bought mine in the summer and carry it all the time. Thsi has never happened with my Chanel bags, its really a pity....
