Sometimes I like to wear pearls with nice outfits; but pearls are not very popular these days. I find myself wondering if they will make me look old and out-of-touch. But then I think to myself "JackieO used to wear pearls and she always looked lovely and chic!" and so I go ahead and wear my pearls anyway!

Pearls are timeless! I think a lot of people have ventured into more colors.....black Tahitian, pinks, mauves, browns....but the classic "pearl" color will always be in style.

We just got back from a fun outing at the theater (a slightly belated celebration for my birthday) and I took advantage of the occassion to wear my Madison Legacy Stripe Flap bag -- I felt very special carrying this little beauty!
You are very wise, it truly isn't necessary to wait for a "formal occassion" to carry a "Special Bag!"
