As one of the comments noted, one barely notices the bag because it's very small!
I can't imagine what Mulberry are trying to convey with this image.......is it necessary to see the lower half of someone's bottom hanging down, and just above the bag, whilst they are wearing galoshes?
It's not classy, in my view, and the bag looks to be an afterthought that was hastily pushed into her hand as a prop.
Who is in charge of the advertising for Mulberry? I don't know, are Mulberry trying to change their market position / customer base and who are they trying to appeal to? Someone in almost their underwear with such a stance doesn't look quite as if bags are the product.
I've just visited Mulberry.com and the same model seems to have misplaced her bra. Perhaps I'm old-fashioned but it doesn't seem necessary to be aware of nipples when looking for a new bag?! š³
I am far from a prude but when I saw these pictures last week I really failed to see what point Mulberry was trying to convey, particularly where her nipples are the main attraction.
Maybe iām getting old ..
