Most versatile Hermes blue and green?

I would say, Vert Fonce, Sapphire Blue, and Bleu de Prusse...it depends on the tones you typically wear though. I say Bleu de Prusse because the majority of my closet is jewel tones, camels/rich beiges, blacks, cream/white, reds. But your wardrobe may work better with a more bluish navy.

If you think it may help, you could search the H online sites for those colours or similar and see what colours they pair them with in scarf designs

I am looking into same-ish colour family as you do, for the blues part. Here are my few cents on it:
Bleu Saphir - a more dressier, deeper (pure with no undertones) blue goes well with formal outfits, dark denim, military trend (that seems never ends ))))
Bleu Jean - a very casual muted medium blue, perfect for everything denim, more of a spring-summer vibe
Bleu Agat - a bit muted blue, my everyday work bag this fall (Maxibox cabas in BA with rouge grenat)
Bleu Electrique - vibrant medium blue, true love if you are ready fore something brighter
Bleu Zanzibar - a true bright blue, very summer colour to me taste
havent seen Mykonos or Bleu Hydra IRL so cant comment...

I saw Blue electrique Lindy30 in clemence leather. Doesnt it have very strong purple undertones? Thanks!

I have BE and Bleu Jean, and they’re the only blues I need ( I want Mykonos, but it never pans out) I find they both go well with everything. Blue Jean pairs well with casual outfits, BE would pair well in a more formal situation, but both would fit the formal bill depending on the suit you were wearing. Green wise, I have vert olive in both a K32 and a B35, and find they go with most everything I wear color wise. I had Bamboo, and found it too bright. It completely drowned anything I wore and was just too much.

Feel free to comment with TL;DR...
Bleu electrique/Blue Jean: gorgeous colors, both able to be paired with most anything you would want including business wear.

Vert Olive: somewhat muted, but strong enough to make a statement without being ostentatious, and pairs with pretty much anything wardrobe wise. Looks good casual and dressy

Good luck, and let us know what you decide!
I have a 25 B in Mykonos. (not a good day to take a picture, rainy and dark). May I ask why you are hoping for a Mykonos, too? (It's my only B so not for sale, not to imply at all that you asked). I haven't looked at the color for a while but I think of it as in the turquoise fam. I doubt I will ever get offered a B again. So, would you mind talking about why you want a mykonos bag?

Congrats on all your bags, especially vert olive. What a lovely collection. I have a Toundra K which is a nice khaki. But to have vert olive, too! That's a special color. I can understand why you have two bags in olive.

Was going to suggest this! It's an eye-catching and versatile color all at once.

And vert anglais is my favorite green...hoping to be able to track down a GP in this color!
I have a vert anglais CDC. First one I ever bought. Very nice color. Good luck getting a GP in that color.
I have only seen bleu agate in passing, in the boutique. I don't know how I feel toward it. What do you like about it, the medium shade of blue (what is it about bleu agate that makes it versatile?)

Would love to hear your opinions about the most versatile Hermes blue and green! I have tried to find threads on this matter and I have found for example "prettiest H blues" but it didn't give me the exact insight I am looking for.. Both blues and greens are very difficult to capture in a picture, so it would help to hear what blue/green you think will go with lots of different outfits.

Hopefully this thread will be helpful for other members as well living without H store anywhere near (in another country like the case with me).

Currently I am on a hunt (an endless one ) to find a green Kelly and a blue Birkin and they should be versatile enough because my collection is small. I have already found wonderful help here and thought to go for Malachite in my Kelly (seems impossible to find) and Vert Anglaise (the preloved market in this color is non existent). Vert Fonce is an option as well (but is it too dull/lifess green tone?)
Would love to hear what you think and if there are other greens that are versatile and perhaps a bit easier to find!

For the blue Birkin my current options are
- Bleu Sapphire (Like very much IF the color is dark jewel tone blue without strong understones but more lively than Bleu Nuit). Problem: is it dark&versatile enough without "restrictive" undertones, I once had BdP which was gorgeous but in the end wasn't versatile enough),
- Blue Jean (Like the fact that it seems to be very versatile. Problem: is it faded/dull blue, not deep enough IRL? One option for BJ is Mykonos or Bleu Zanzibar but I am afraid they are too loud for a Scandinavian..)
- Cobalt (Was a strong candidate before I decided to go with green for my Kelly and blue for my Birkin. My question is, is it a good choice for a B35? Seems like a lovely color, but why I feel it is more suitable for a Kelly..)
- Indigo (too much like Bleu Nuit which I already have in an Evelyne and find a bit boring/dead blue tone...)

Ps. I don't mind seeing pics! :flowers:
I have a BdP K which is my most frequently used H bag. I never seem to wear it with dark blue-teal. (Just to get dressed and get out of the house in the am is a major accomplishment). What do you think of the color, its pluses and minuses, specifically, how did it fall short of being sufficiently versatile? I am not fishing for compliments.

I agree that picture looks more like Blue Electric than Agate. IRL agate comes across as very soft.

The current version of blue electric looks less pop and more neutral to me.
Indigo is VERY dark, close to black.
Blue sapphire is a dark navy

I would go with blue electric if you want a true blue not too light or too dark and no distracting undertones. My next bag will be blue hydra but might not be right for you.
Bleu agate is the opposite of a pop, IMHO. I agree it's a very soft, I might say, muted color.

This would be my choice of colours aswell.....

Just to add my experience I had a Bleu Saphir Clemence bag and after a while sold it because I really wanted a navy blue, which I later got as a SO in Bleu Nuit Clemence. Also I have had Vert Foncé, and after using it for a while I sold that too. But it's still my favourite H green, I also like Vert Veronese very much.

Here are pics of my ex bags, first Bleu Saphir then Vert Foncé (with flash) and last Bleu Nuit.
Vert fonce looks like Vert Anglais. I like vert anglais.

I saw a GP30 in it over the weekend, but I would need a GP36. I'm also considering either a dark red like Bordeaux or a dark blue like bleu nuit. I love BA because it reads very differently in different lights. In direct sunlight like my avatar, it is bright and eye-catching, while indoors it can have a more gray, neutral undertone. It works beautifully with jeans and every shade of neutral clothing.

Wow. Thank you for that description of BA. Since I've only seen it from across the room in an H case (under florescent light, too) it didn't sing to me. I had no idea it was so versatile. That's why I like H leather, the undertones, the changeant quality.

Yes, so many of them have that chameleon quality! I was browsing at H Madison Ave this past weekend and an SA came up to me and complimented my Evie, saying that she thinks BA is the most beautiful and versatile blue H has ever made.

clemence leather does have a beautiful sheen that will catch/reflect the colours around. in this case the "undertone" would depend on the outfit/lighting/weather. hope that helps.
here is a beautiful comparison of the colour in different leathers: Blue Color Family...Pics Only!
