My LV Epi has been with me for 13 years I think. It's not totally scratch resistant/proof but that's totally fine for me. I really do not mind scratches because I find it add character to my bags. The most important criteria for me is shape to remain the same for any bag that's meant to be structured. Epi leather is good for that. I don't baby all my LV bags. I do slightly baby my exotic leather or lambskin bag only.
