I think it really depends alot on where you live. I just moved to SC and i swear they think a designer bag is a guess bag! So I see alot of mongrammed coach and their extremely high end read fake LV speedy. They literally have no idea what type of bag i am cdarrying and i actually don't mind b/c then i don't have anyone questioning me about how much i spend on handbags.

Lol, I live in SC and I totally agree!!! People will knock someone out to look at a signature coach bag, but won't look twice at an expensive leather bag that's not coated in logos.

I would say on this forum it's Rebecca Minkoff and Chanel (if you look at the number of viewers per day). IRL I would say Coach rules because it's a "safe" choice seconded by any LV, then logod Gucci's.

IMHO, on tPF it has to be LV. If I had to hazard a guess as to which, I'd say the Speedy or Neverfull.

It's gotta be LV Speedy or Neverfull. If we're talking brands in general it could be either LV or Coach mono, but specific bag...

back home in germany and here in poland were I study right now: def Vuitton! speedy, neverfull, sac noe, galliera,. . . mostly mono styles, less vernis and almost no damier

I just had to say, I don't think that the number of viewers each designer forum has accurately reflects how many people own bags by that designer. Just looking at a lot of tPFers wish lists, a lot of LV gals have a "someday a Chanel" and a lot of Chanel girls have a "someday a Hermes", and I'm sure a lot of people browse forums even though they don't own anything by that designer. For example, I look at Hermes quite a bit but I don't have an H bag yet.

And my opinion still stands! In real life, I always see LV Speedys in the Monogram. And yes, there's a lot of Coach bags though I don't know anything about the different styles. I see a lot of people carrying LV or Coach.

If you're including Coach & D&B, then those would be the most common IMO. Next would come LV and then Gucci. I agree that it probably varies by demographic. I rarely see anything upper high-end like Chanel (not considering fakes of course because I see tons of them).
