I don't know the exact measurement but the strap isn't adjustable per se. It basically has two settings. One at the crossbody length and one at the shoulder length. Maybe Wendy or Angela can measure what the strap drop is?

Does the inner zipper pouch reach all the way to the bottom of the bag?

Thanks. I saw that in Wendy's video. The shoulder length looks nice and long. I just need a long crossbody strap because I am fairly tall and plus size. I was just wondering if anyone could please measure the max length.

My SA said the pocket goes to the bottom of the bag, but it is not attached to the bottom.
