Just back in the Middle East after being caught up in the NY snow blizzard earlier in the week and dead excited to go to LV to pick up my neo noe noir today. Alas, I came home empty handed...

thanks to all in this forum, I made a note to check the shoulder strap and it turns out that it was "faulty" - it doesn't matter which side up I flipped it, it did not line up (I think someone in the earlier post had the same issue and another reader pointed out that you need to turn them over). The SA initially had no idea what I was talking about but then she got another bag (the only other one on reseve) and saw what I meant! She was very surprised and embarrassed for not knowing ... I told her I saw that here on purseforum :-).

So have to wait a few more days before they can get hold of another one for me. Me I the meanwhile waiting patiently (not)...

So sorry you couldn't take one home today. I was the one that posted the photo of turning the strap over! Glad it helps. Hope you get another.

Does anybody know what the euro price of this bag will be? I've only discovered this bag now and I'm completely in love with it! The black + monogram is just so, so beautiful. I just hope there won't be any wear/tear issues with this bag in a long run...
