Hi supercollegegal! I went to the Louis Vuitton Boutique in Brisbane City yesterday to inspect the Insolite Wallet in Rose Pop and the "Louis Vuitton Made in Spain" was stamped in Grey which is not as obvious and stylish as the Gold. The SA told me that they only have it in grey.

When I am ready to make my puchase in the next fornight (before I head overseas), I will ask another SA to verify this claim.

IvyLeaguer - I am envious that you are a owner of the Insolite in Rose Pop! Yes, I was also rather taken with the multicolour ones. Anyhow, I have decided to stick to one wallet which is the Insolite in Mono in Rose Pop which in my view, is a very practical and stylish design.

How many more wallets does a girl need? hahahahaha...HEAPS?!

Just got a mono violet bought from a friend who came home from U.S... Mine, got a gold stamp and says "made in france" . Does yours have a gold stamp and made in france too and not made in spain?

I have the Mono with the Purple interior and I'm still using it. I also bought a wrist strap from LV to use it like a clutch. So far I have no problems with it. I think the problem with the loose card slot maybe because some of us are putting more than one card in a slot and therefore, stretched the card slot. With leather, it will stretch.

I just bought the Damier Insolite and I love it. It took a couple of days to get used to it because I had a mono zippy wallet for the past three years, but I really like how I can see each and everyone of my credit cards and even use the wallet as a clutch.

I have the Mono with pink interior and I was thinking about returning it until I realized I could fit my iPhone 4 in there and use it as a clutch after I buy a strap. And I really love the pink!

I was going to return it because it's a bit big and getting money in and out was a bit of a pain since I didn't want to bend the wallet in half when it's open. And coins like to get stuck in the side flaps. Very annoying.

I have it with the pink interior and am in LVOE with it! It works great for me. I do not carry many coins so the deep zipper pockets are perfect for me. I had my initials monogrammed inside in gold....looks gorgeous!

i have the insolite with the pink interior and absolutely LOVE it! i put my cash in the top zipper so i can access my cash without having to open up my wallet. i use a separate zcp for coins and also a stash for smaller bills.
