Exactly. I just spent the last two days tracking down something that (according to the SA) is limited edition, not permanent to the collection. Sigh. What a chase.

So if you really *do* want the Josephine at some point, get it when you can. That's pretty much the deciding factor. How badly *do* you want to eventually have the Josephine? Only you can decide that. :flowers:

I have the Josephine PM, speedy 25 and speedy 30 (took some pics for you). The Josephine is almost the size of a speedy 25. Hope this helps.

So many Speedy votes! But pinki682 and momtok do make good points about always being able to get one...whereas the Josephine is a little on the rare side...
However I didn't realize how small it really was! I was in the LV store on Tuesday and the Speedy 25 is a little small for me. Thanks skylart! :D
So while I still think the Josephine is super cute, I'm going for the Speedy!

I have both. I have to be more careful with my Josephine (mine is PM size) as it will get dirty easier, interior and exterior. As some of the posters above said, you always can find Monogram Speedy, but Josephine is harder to find. If you like bigger bag, maybe the GM size is better, but I like my PM.

This is a really old thread, but I have always loved how the cherry Mini Lin Josephine looked (I have a Speedy B DE 25 and it is my favorite bag). So many of the Mini Lins I have seen have had noticeable stains and tears. But today I found a very good condition GM, well-priced, so I pulled the trigger. It seems like a more sporty, summery bag (and I like that it is larger, too). I will post pics when it arrives!

I love the mini Lin pattern and look. I have a PM in black and my mom has one in cherry in great condition. The shape is great too, a perfect doctor’s bag. Holds a ton but still soft and structured. Can’t wait to see her.

Yes, I can't wait! And I love the look of the black PM. I was thinking about getting a Samorga insert for this once it arrives....buy maybe it's not necessary? I have one in my Speedy and love it, but that's only because of the black hole effect of those bags, haha. I feel like it will be different with this one. I did order a dark burgundy adjustable strap to use with it. I was trying to find an authentic LV one online for sale separately, but no such luck - at least not in this color. So, hoping that will look okay with this. Stay tuned!
