I contacted client services and they emailed back saying they regret to inform me it was progression of wear and could not be repaired. I took it to my local LV which is 1.5 hours away for a second opinion. They said they couldn’t do anything for me. No apologies, just that it’s happening a lot because of the pandemic and hand sanitizer??? WHAT LOL. definitely turned me off from purchasing retail in the future. I just got my PSM which was the last bag on my wishlist, so I’m on a self inflicted LV ban for a bit. I’m going to venture out to other brands because this whole situation was extremely off putting
