yes, if children are born from the union, they will be the heirs to the throne before Caroline's son (if I'm not mistaken). The two others can never be because they are illegitimate.

Nope, they made changes for that I believe to prevent Princess Antonella (I think that's her name) and her line from taking the throne.

The ironic thing is that 2 of Caroline's kids were born out of wedlock themselves, or at least conceived out of wedlock. I think in particular it was the last child she had.
