We just received an estate item from Betteridge. It is damaged and none of the collateral mentioned in the listing was provided. They were unbelievably nasty. This was not an "as-is" sale. They refused to provide replacement paperwork or to repair. This was the Vail store. We do not recommend. There are many great estate websites. I’ve personally used Beladora.com and Betteridge.com. You can call these locations to discuss as well. Betteridge has much more in store than online. I’ve never used Oakgem but heard it has a good reputation. You can also ask your local jeweler to source some preloved pieces.
