I’ve never used Oakgem but heard it has a good reputation. You can also ask your local jeweler to source some preloved pieces.

We just received an estate item from Betteridge. It is damaged and none of the collateral mentioned in the listing was provided. They were unbelievably nasty. This was not an "as-is" sale. They refused to provide replacement paperwork or to repair. This was the Vail store. We do not recommend.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’ve only worked with the Greenwich store.

Yes, I know, but "take it or leave it," doesn't feel like an acceptable sales policy. There wasn't even an apology or an offer to repair. I guess someone had a bad Christmas.
