I loooove the Astrid sooooo much!!! Such gorgeous lines!!

You are right about the outlet Hamilton - I actually love the size of that bag - in between the small and large boutique Hamiltons.

That is an outlet hamilton. Maybe a sales rep took it back by accident. I was at Macy's today and the Manager was complaining about people trying to return Outlet Coach bags. :crybaby:

I love the look of the new Astrid tote! It's similar to the Hamilton but a bit more refined--slimmer, trapezoid instead of square and the handles have a longer drop so you can wear it on your shoulder! Can't wait to see this one in person!

Hey! I saw the Astrid satchels today without knowing about them first...I've been away from tPF and MK for a bit. I tried on the burgundy one and I really do like it a lot...it's priced reasonably too. Totally loving the black version too but did not check out the hunter green one.

What am I going to do? All the designers have come out with bugundy, cassis, merlot, ox blood, brick...all these divine shades! I mean I can't really buy 3 or 4 burgundy bags this Fall...got to vary things a bit too...so hard!

I finally saw the Hunter Green last week! I really like it--I was thisclose to buying but I found something else! :graucho:

It's definitely on my list though! I really like the shoulder strap option.

By the way, it comes in two sizes--large (which is everywhere) and small (which I saw online somewhere--maybe bloomingdales.com?).

Yea, just don't know sometimes! The hunter green IS lovely but I have to trim my wish list somewhere...same thing happens to me...what did you wind up getting instead? I guess the large size is right for me because I was going by price.

$398 is the large except for python or croc embossed which costs more. I initially thought $398 was med and $445 was large.

Hello, did you ever get the Astrid? I found the hunter green on sale for $269 today. Tempting but I did not buy (not today anyway). I never found the python version irl but I only checked Holts & the MK boutique downtown.

It's up here in Canada @ Holt Renfrew. I don't know if it's marked down in the MK boutiques or not though.

It's a really functional handbag, compact but not too small and it's feminine. I love bags that help me organize SO easily! The large Astrid clutch on a chain is marked down too (actually, there are 2 sizes for the Astrid clutch). Oh, I wish I didn't own so many handbags already...

This is my absolute FAVORITE bag right now. Love the structure and how it doesn't flop over like the Hamilton will eventually do.

Humybagcrazy, I just found it yesterday at my local retail store (Lucky for me it was just transferred in), but I see it on line at ebay and amazon. Luckily I paid less, but it does seem to be available - if you are still looking for it.
