^i don't understand then, why would it be more expensive? bad move on their part

I know many of the products are made in the USA and some in Germany. Not sure how much of it is actually made in Canada, if any. But that still doesn't make sense since (a) we have a free trade agreement with the US - any items made in the US are not supposed to have duties or taxes added, and (b) our dollar is pretty much on par with the US dollar and has been doing quite well for some time now.

I wrote them an email indicating this and got back some "form letter" that really said nothing.

The site is a lot easier to see with the bigger thumbnails... but I don't know, the site gives me a feeling that it's sort of cheap...

I love the new website - with my macbook, the pages wouldn't open easily,
with this updated website, I have no problem!
I went to the website once I saw this thread
