I don't have a problem with others mixing brands, but I usually try and keep the same designer in the same bag because I just want to be matchy with all my items..
What the two women said to you was rude though. I can't believe they would say something directly to you!

OMG I do this too!! I have all my mints and gum in a ziploc that I replace once a month just so I don't get minty dust all over my purse! If only LV made a clear plastic case for this purpose alone!! :p

I bought my Trevi PM 2 years and whenever I stop by at one of the stores at Georgetown, those ladies with fur coats look at me like I committed a crime whenever I pull out my coach wallet. Someone even asked if I bought my LV at an outlet (a trick question? yeah, making them think my Trevi is fake). I felt insulted that's why I bought a Damier Ebene Brazza wallet. I hate the fact that I also have to revamp my whole style to live up to my LVs...but all is good. people respected me more. What a materialistic world...and I am playing the game.:graucho:

I'm sorry but as I read your post i sew your little girls pic and could not stop laughing. The pic next to your post looks like she saying a can't believe your wearing coach and lv.

On another note I use a gucci charm on my lv noe

Didn't you know that the molecular structure of the Coach, combined with the componenets of the Louis causes adverse nuclear reactions? Ever hear of spontaneous human combustion??? It's not as spontaneous as you might think. Coach + LV= instant death. Toss in your cheapo lip balm, and there goes your entire zip code.

Oh I was so looking for just this exact topic :smile1:

Today I carried my Mono Stresa to the mall and went into the Coach store to use my 25% off coupon I got in the mail. I really liked their "poppy" silver colored swing pouch/wristlet to use inside my Azur Noe as a phone case/cosmetic bag/catch all whatever this summer. Their SA was great and understood I didn't want to buy a big bag, just something fun and small to go in my LV for the summer. Not so bad, but I didn't stop there.:shame:

I really want an Azur wallet to go with my bag but just can't cough up the moolah right now. Soooo.... I went into Macy's and used my VIP 20% off coupon on a Coach wallet that's white with multicolored CCs all over it. I thought that would be fun and "summery" too. Although it technically clashes with the checkerboard Azur pattern, does it really matter? I had a mall GC for $20 and had a Macy's GC for $90 so after the discount and GCs all I had to lay out was $58.00 for a $198 wallet. I felt pretty good till I got to wondering if anyone will care or notice. I've decided my summer LV will be filled with lots of color and patterns. Or maybe I should return the wallet or list on ebay and keep saving for an Azur wallet. What would you do?
