Someday: are you talking about the black sweater with the rose? Ironically, I've seen 2 -3 pcs. hanging at the Missoni for Target counter the two times I went, and that's the most abundant I've seen IRL of any of these adult clothing items.

Yep, that's the sweater I'm talking about. I am surprised it isn't more popular. How did it look in person?

Great idea! I have a black jersey dress that I'm thinking of wearing under it, but I kinda want to belt it too. Will post pictures here when I wear it. It is also one of my favorite pieces in the collection, looks very expensive and well-made.
Great idea-I forgot I:roflmfao: have a DVF black wrap dress that I will try with-both classic pieces IMO

i finally got the zig zag sweater dress. after it was delivered to the wrong address  and i was freaking out, it just showed up this morning on my front porch. :shrugs:
i paired this small dress with a pair of jcrew pants, since i am too old to wear it as a dress!! i plan to wear it with tights in the fall/winter. i also ordered a size medium (which is still out there somewhere on its way to me) but this fits pretty well except across the bust. i am a size 6, 34B hope this helps! i really like it and my dh really likes this one...his other comments on the other missoni items were that they were BRIGHT! :p

Late response but the dress w/ leggings looks so cute on you!

It is pretty, but that pretty, the material is very soft and drapes nicely, I personally think it is softer than the rest of the items. I bought a size larger so it looks oversized and slouchy, however I ended up returning it after I found a few dresses and other cardigan.

thanks LaC -- I think I might go with the medium. I guess if it's too small I could always resell it and buy a large (there's no shortage of them!) -- the Large sizes are all priced so much higher than the mediums I'm finding, so that's one of the main reasons (if I could find the L for the same price or a couple bucks more, it would be an easy decision!)

I noticed that too, today. I am tired of waiting for mine to arrive, so I think I may cave in! I ordered a L, but after hearing the fit of some of these items, I wonder if I could get by with a M. Hmmm... just thinking out loud to myself!:D

I'm sorry!!:shame::angel:

(altho I planned on wearing another Missoni piece today and was going to add another pic -- so don't look!!:p)
Im sure she's kidding-I love to see you style the Missoni-I am probably similiar in age(not intended to offend) , especially when you siad you had granddaughters, and I dont yet but I love fashion, and love these Misooni for Target pieces!!Keep the pics coming............:graucho:

that black pullover sweater with the rose is the only women's piece i got from MfT! (i did get myself a girls cardi in size XL that fit me too). anyways, the black pullover is super-flattering and looks great with jeans or leggings. so happy i purchased it. not sure why it isn't more popular. the knit is very soft, and much nicer than their other sweaters. IMO.

no offense taken!!
altho my daughter made sure that I was a very "young gramma"!!:p
(my "baby" just turned 18!!)

I wore my maxi dress to work today -- it was 80+ degrees today, so another layer wasn't really necessary. I have gotten several compliments on the dress already (one girl begged me to give it to her!! :p)

I'll post a few pics when I get home

A few times this week I debated wearing my Missoni/Target flats but decided against it (plus it was raining on the days I wanted to wear it) and today I finally wore my first piece! It's the chiffon famiglia sweater and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! It is a bit thin but I braved it and didnt wear anything underneath (in my defense, it was a real nice day out).

I have the blue mixed media sweater that I was on the fence about but after wearing this one, I am definitely keeping it

You look fantastic! Did you alter it at all bc it's hugging you in all the right places. I got a Med & now I'm thinking I might need a small unless I can alter it some way.

*blushes* Aw thank you! No, I didn't alter it at all. I was surprised it fit since it's one size smaller than what I normally wear. Maybe perhaps try a small if you can find one.

Looks great on you! Don't remember seeing that one. Wow!

Its been in the 80s here so I wore my maxi dress yesterday. I didn't really need a jacket or cardigan, but I'm glad I brought it along because they had the a/c turned up so high at the office, it got really cold in there (and by the time I headed home, it had gotten a little chilly)

I "stole" roussel's idea of wearing a denim jacket w/the dress -- I also paired it with a pair of espadrilles, rather than the Missoni (for Target) pumps
