I SOOOOO agree with you!! I am also disappointed by her blog or website or whatever it is. You are absolutely right
thank got it wasn't only me!! i mean if i had her money and her connection i would so dress better and even if i wasn't qualified for that job i would hire a stylist!

I agree with you, the website is successful considering it got many versions but it's only because she's behind it because it has nothing special, nothing new to offer, it's just a nice-looking art/fashion/celebrities news site, Vogue sites are doing the same but better.
I like every outfit she wears BUT I'm not loviiiiiiing them, they seem so easy coming for her, there's no spark, except for her hair I'm excited about, the rest, not so much...
even the hair, when she first chopped it she reminded me of a one trick pony! i mean she's old why try a hair style that you rocked ages ago? it time to find a hairstyle that represents you and suits your age!
yeah, there is also another outfits which is nice a pair of jeans and a coat
very causal but still better

I would have to say I don't completely agree that her website doesn't offer anything compared to say other websites like Vogue. her name can only take her so far but continued business relations these companies that are licensing her website must see that it offers something else to the market that other websites don't, I mean why else bother to launch the website if they cant profit from it. In Australia her website is under the same company that has the rights to Vogue and GQ, now why add Buro a fashion website that is direct competition with Vogue if it didn't offer something that Vogue didn't. It is just not good business. While I see that the tpfers don't really like her website somebody out there does for her company to be able gain contracts with Tiffany &Co and Destination NSW. Companies as big as these, especially Tiffany's wouldn't advertise and do business with website that doesn't create some traffic IMO.

are seriously comparing vogue and buro ?? the scale is isn't there in the first place! i mean yes vogue used to be a big hit and since having kim appear on the cover it took a wrong turn (not our topic i have to say) but buro is one thing and vogue is another
anything vogue fails to offer believe me can be sought in other places than lets say buro!

Tiffanys or shall we say the companies you've previously mentioned didn't pick mira because she had a buro website! they picked her because she's the latest it girl even with bad outfits! long ago she publicized many brands and showcased them! its not that since she developed her website offers came pouring in
she was once known for the fashion industry but now can add a website to her resume that's it! and yes your absolutely right I am a responsible person and said my opinion no one has to agree or disagree and even so it does not make more it or less right! i highlighted and addressed that its my opinion only! of course there are some people who do see buro as a big hit such as yourself
lastly, if a person/business gets the option to open franchises all over the world that does not mean he/she is successful! it can sometime mean he/she have the money and capable to do so
maybe the buro Australia saw a chance and thought her website is amazing! but in reality that does make it as i mentioned big
maybe they see a capability and a success that I'm failing to notice
anyway, I've already written enough and maybe more than enough! enjoy your day dear

I guess she named Vogue because I'm the one who said Vogue websites are doing the same than Buro247. ;)

I never stated anything about you not having your own opinion. I stated mine and you stated yours I thought we were having a discussion but it seem like we were not, so I agree let us drop this topic and not clog up the thread

I personally don't see any groundbreaking news, etc at Buro. The different versions of Buro around the world target countries that don't usually have a site created in their language like style.com or vogue.com (except Australia), so it's a smart business move to be at least present at those markets. That way Buro, with its established fame (Mira's personal fame) is already a big 'player'. I bet they aren't really focusing on the amount of viewers on the site, they want to have a certain business reputation, which can come in handy in other business ventures. I see Buro as a certain tool for Mira and her businesses, not the main focus. She wants to make a brand out of Buro. Creating a site was just a way to get into the digital business. And as she has money, she could make it visually and technically as good as possible, as well as create a good business team and be on the same 'level' as vogue, etc.

Just what I think she did, which I find a good business move. Props to her. Yet still her outfits are boring. Sorry.:p
